Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and EasyInterview, operated by [legal entity name] (“EasyInterview,” “we,” “us”), governing your access to and use of our website and the EasyInterview platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The Service

EasyInterview provides AI-led technical interviews — live voice screens with a code editor and whiteboard, adaptive follow-ups, integrity monitoring, and evidence-scored reports, recordings, and transcripts. AI-generated scores and rationale are decision-support toolsand are not a substitute for the customer’s own judgment; hiring decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by professionals aged 16 or older.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Interview candidates without providing any legally required notice or consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or circumvent usage limits or security of the Service.
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Use outputs to make decisions prohibited by anti-discrimination or other laws.

4. Candidate interviews & recordings

Customers are solely responsible for their lawful basis to invite candidates, for providing recording and privacy notices, and for obtaining any consent required by applicable law. Customers instruct us to process candidate data as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing terms.

5. Wallet, billing & refunds

The Service is sold as prepaid wallet top-ups. Wallet balance is consumed per interview — phone screens are billed per connected minute plus a per-report fee, and video rounds at a flat price per round type, in each case as described at purchase. Fees are stated at checkout, are charged through our payment processor, and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Unused balance expires per the terms shown at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service and all related IP. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the content you and your candidates submit (“Customer Data”) and grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Service.

7. Customer Data & confidentiality

We process Customer Data only to provide the Service and as instructed by the customer. Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, real-time media, AI, hosting, and payments). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI evaluations are error- free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Term & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect on the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
