01 / The comparison
Compare technical interview features and reports.
An AI interviewer, a coding assessment and a human-led interview solve different problems. Each cell names the relevant product so you can compare the experience you actually need.
EasyInterview, CodeSignal, HackerRank Screen and Interview, and Chakra capabilities. Each feature identifies its source and relevant product.

14 comparison points
HackerRank Screen and Interview are shown separately from its autonomous interviewer, Chakra. They share a vendor and attempt pool. “Not verified” means the documentation reviewed does not establish that particular capability, not that it is absent. “Show differences” hides rows supported by all four; their implementation details may still differ.
02 / The economics
Compare interview pricing. Use your hiring volume.
Start with platform fees. Adjust volume, billing and currency; see the included credits and extra usage behind every total. All estimates exclude taxes.
Reference rate: ₹95.9394 / $1 · 2026-09-18 · CCIL. Editable estimate; actual exchange rates and vendor invoices may differ.
Compare platform fees, then compare the interview. Competitor attempts can cover different formats and lengths; they are not guaranteed equivalents of this 45-minute round. Human interviewer and review time are excluded. Lowest-cost plan selection does not match enterprise features.
CodeSignal charges for started sessions; HackerRank counts completed attempts. Each stage can consume a credit. HackerRank and Chakra share one plan, not two subscriptions. Annual calculations use pooled yearly credits and 12 months at your entered volume. Pricing sources and assumptions
Published starting plans: CodeSignal Build $99/month for 5 credits or $948/year for 60; HackerRank Starter $99/month for 5 attempts or $948/year for 60. Higher plans can become more economical as volume grows. See primary pricing sources.
03 / The evidence
Don’t take a feature list at face value. Open the report.
See how EasyInterview explains an evaluation: what the candidate demonstrated, where they needed help, and what to investigate next. The coding excerpt includes limitations and deductions, not just a headline score.
The real coding session ran for 35 minutes, so it demonstrates report structure rather than the exact duration of the 45-minute offer. Candidate identity and private media are excluded. A real system-design report will replace the labelled example when available.
04 / Inside the interview
See the conversation. Follow the reasoning.
A complete session helps you judge pacing, follow-up questions and the candidate workspace. The full 45-minute recording will appear here when it is available. For now, explore the report or book a live walkthrough.
Inside a technical interview45 minutes
01
Write. Run. Explain.
See candidates work through a problem in the coding workspace.
02
Make thinking visible.
Follow their reasoning on the whiteboard and through live questions.
03
Inspect the evidence.
Review the decisions, follow-ups, and deductions in the report.
These are fit recommendations based on the documented capabilities above. There is no universal winner.

Performance deserves a pilot, not a marketing score.
We haven’t run a controlled head-to-head benchmark. Use the same role and rubric to measure candidate completion, code-run reliability, response time, scoring agreement with your engineers, and minutes spent reviewing each report. Compare the evidence with your hiring bar before scaling.

A few useful answers
Before you decide.
What does EasyInterview’s ₹1,500 interview include?
The offer on this page covers one 45-minute AI technical video interview, with the relevant coding or whiteboard workspace and an in-depth evaluation report. GST is extra. Discuss your role and round configuration in a demo. This is a page-specific offer; existing account plans and other products have separate pricing.
Is Chakra a separate alternative to HackerRank?
Chakra is HackerRank’s AI interviewer. We show it separately to distinguish an autonomous interview from HackerRank Screen and human-led Interview. Published HackerRank plans share attempts across these products, so the calculator uses one HackerRank + Chakra cost, not two subscriptions.
Does CodeSignal offer an AI interviewer and video?
Yes. CodeSignal offers an AI Interviewer and AI video avatars, alongside technical assessments and live interviews. Its live product includes coding and whiteboarding. Features documented for a human-led live interview should not automatically be assumed to work in an autonomous AI interview; the matrix identifies those distinctions.
Is EasyInterview always the cheapest option?
No. The result depends on volume, billing commitment, exchange rate and the required features. Included competitor credits can be economical at low volumes. Use the calculator to inspect the actual plan and overage arithmetic, then compare interview length and evidence. Subscription attempts do not guarantee an equivalent 45-minute technical round.
Can I see a real interview report before booking?
Yes. The coding sample is an anonymized excerpt from a completed 35-minute interview. It preserves the evaluation, including limitations and deductions, while excluding candidate identity and private recordings. The system-design example is explicitly illustrative. The full 45-minute demo recording will be linked here when available.
Which platform has the best interview performance?
We do not have an independent, controlled benchmark of these platforms. A feature list cannot establish assessment accuracy, latency or reliability. Pilot the same role, rubric and sample of candidates across your shortlist, then compare completion, code-run reliability, interviewer response time, scoring agreement and recruiter review time.
