Pricing questions
Do credits expire?+
Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused credits roll into any renewal or upgrade.
What counts as one screen?+
One round with one candidate. A coding round spends 1 credit; a system design round spends 2. If a candidate no-shows, the credit is returned.
Can we pilot before committing to a pack?+
