What if I run out of credits mid-month?+

On the Monthly 15 plan, you can top up at $4 per extra interview. On Single or 5-Pack, just buy another pack — no penalty, no commitment.

Do unused credits expire?+

Single credits last 7 days. 5-Pack credits last 14 days. Monthly 15 credits refresh each cycle (unused ones don't roll over).

Can I get a refund?+

Yes — full refund within 24 hours if you haven't taken any interview from the pack. Once you've started a session, refunds aren't available since the AI costs us per minute.

Do you support Indian payments / UPI?+

Yes. Indian customers see INR pricing at checkout (~₹599 / ₹2,499 / ₹4,999) and pay via UPI, cards, or net banking via Razorpay.

Is the AI actually realistic, or is this another chatbot?+

It's a voice-based interviewer tuned with company-specific style guides. It probes, follows up, pushes back. Not a script — but also not yet at the level of the best human interviewers. Closer than you'd expect for a tool that runs at 2 a.m.
