How the pipeline math works — with sources.
Time-to-hire is the sum of stage durations in calendar days, each including the scheduling wait before the stage happens. All figures compute client-side; nothing is sent anywhere.

The candidate's clock: from entering your process (first reply) to accepting the offer. It's what candidates experience and what you control day to day.
Time-to-fill
The business's clock: starts when the requisition opens and adds sourcing time to find the first candidate. Toggle sourcing on and the headline relabels itself.

Each open day is delayed output from a seat that should be producing. Valued conservatively at half a loaded engineer's daily cost (S = base salary, L = 1.3 load).
